MENU IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
* The replacement drink this year will be "Hammer Heed". We recommend that runners who plan to
use this as their replacement drink during the race train with it it extensively. Those who do not do
so are advised to bring their own supplies of the replacement drink they have used during training.
Hammer recommends not combining the use of their product with the consumption of sugars. For more
